Recoil Pads

New shotguns and rifles have curves pads. They're supposed to be comfortable and supposed to reduce recoil.

But they really just let the stock shift each time you shoot and change the pattern of your hits and dictate an improper mount of your stock when you lift it into your shoulder.

Proper recoil pads mounted properly assist you in consistently mounting your shotgun into shooting position and somtimes influences your pattern.
